Installing VS 2008 Patch

when i tried re-installing VS 2008 professional edition ENU,now a window appeared saying "the feature you are trying to use in on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available.Insert the Microsoft VS 2008 professional edition ENU'disk and click ok"..I have saved the files in D drive..ie, VS90 SP -KB945140-ENU...and when i click the browse button,i cant view the downloaded files in the window..then how will i locate it...
